I have read some doozies in my time, but this I must say, takes the prize! Trust me when I say the blurb that describes this book is completely misleading. I love erotic short stories. I have a section in my archives loaded with some very hot, very sexy ones. Thinking this one was going to be along those same lines, I added it to my Unlimited library. I have never regretted a decision more. I want to cry for the 6 &1/2 minutes of my life that I wasted reading it.
**SPOILERS AHEAD**
The lead lady takes an ad out in some form of published piece, to sell her virginity, all for the price of tuition that her parents have stopped paying because instead of being an art major she wants to go into business!! See? It's already sounding backwards...right? Anyway, she has no idea who has purchased her and dresses in business attire from head to toe because it is just another transaction after all. What college aged girl who has any emotion at all could approach an evening like that?
The meeting goes well, other than the guy being her grandfathers age, he's gorgeous and so attentive, very smart, and savvy, interested in her and what prompted her to go this route with her body. She thinks she has struck gold.. Then they take a walk in the park and this book goes from confusing, and unbelievable to Psycho material in one sentence. Seriously the dude, gets rough and mean and has the total Norman Bates vibe down to an art form. He makes her bend over a metal statue after ripping her clothes off and informs her that there are about 10 different men that have various dealings with him in his business watching them from the woods. CREEPY! He gets HIS jollies, totally leaves her hanging,then zips up and leaves. The End.
I am saying that I will from this day on make sure that this author never makes it onto my kindle ever again. I did not enjoy anything about this book. If it was possible to not give any stars, and still get my review posted I would have. Complete disaster!!!
This is a different type of story. I'm sure readers will like it. What some people. (women) will do for money.
